Adult Companion Care enjoys referrals from social workers, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, clergy and other professionals who provide assistance to seniors. We are a licensed, bonded, non-skilled home health agency offering service in:

• Fairfax County
• Arlington County
• Loudoun County
• Prince William County

ACC will soon be offering services in Baltimore, Montgomery County and Prince Georges County in Maryland. Our three Virginia offices are located in Alexandria, Woodbridge and Manassas.

To refer a client for our care management services or caregiver services, simply phone, fax or e-mail us the client’s name and phone number, along with your assessment of the level of care required. One of our experienced coordinators will call you back to review your recommendation. Then we’ll contact the family directly. Once arrangements have been made, we’ll give you a courtesy call to brief you on the services being provided to your client.
